A Sunday Morning "Summer Book Study"

Starting in July, we will be reading "Tattoos on the Heart", a book written by Father Gregory Boyle about his experiences with 'Homeboy-Industries', a ministry he started and has worked with for over 20 years. Anne Lamott writes about this book,

"An astonishing book... about suffering and dignity, death and resurrection, one of my favorite books in years. It is lovely and tough and tender beyond my ability to describe and left me in tears of both sorrow and laughter."

We'll meet in air conditioned comfort with coffee and bagels from 8:45-9:30 am. on Sunday mornings July 11,18, 25 and August 1. The book is available from Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
